OK, since none of you had any comments, here's the rest of the chicken story.

The chicken's name was Fido. No he isn't a dog. He just thinks he's a dog. Anyway Fido was tired of eating mashed potatoes and he was hungry for some good food. So he was walking across the road to the store to get some Alpo dog food.

When Fido got back, Bruno the elephant was laughing so loud that it scared everyone in the neighborhood. Think about it, wouldn't it be funny to see an elephant laughing and a stupid chicken that thinks he's a dog. Not only does he think he's a dog, he barks like a dog too.

So just because it sounds like a dog and eats dog food, are you REALLY sure it is a dog?

Here's a short story for those of you that are into reading (grandkids).

Once upon a time there was a BIG elephant. His name was Bruno. He loved to splash in the mud. One day while he was splashing in the mud he found a chicken. The chicken was very tired and hungry. So Bruno took the chicken home and gave it something to eat.

The chicken was so tired that he fell asleep in his mashed potatoes. Bruno picked up the chicken and put him to bed. The next morning Bruno woke up hearing the chicken singing. Bruno looked out the window and saw the chicken walking across the road.

So the question is, why did the chicken cross the road?

Wow it's hard to believe that we are actually going on a cruise in 3 weeks. I hear the Caribbean is really nice right now. The scary part is when I turn the Shopping Queen loose on St. Thomas & St. Maarteen. We will post some pictures to let you know what it's like.

I've sweat running down my neck from exercising too much. But I want to look REALLY good for that cruise in a couple of weeks.

It's Nurse Kim! Now who would complain about having someone that nice taking care of you in the hospital. Not only is she a good looking nurse, but she's also patriotic!

Now that our kids have set the bar. It's time for Mom & Dad to join in the fun. Except we will do our best to lower that bar to our standards. We will add more pictures as we see fit. Especially after we go on our cruise next month.
